These Terms of Service govern purchases made through HIGHÉN and apply to all orders placed through our website.
By placing an order with HIGHÉN, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

2. PRODUCTS & AUTHENTICITY
All products offered by HIGHÉN are authentic.
Every piece is carefully sourced and inspected before being offered by HIGHÉN.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all pieces are brand new and unused.
Products are supplied with original brand packaging and labels where provided by the respective fashion house.
Product images and descriptions are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur depending on the screen or device used.
3. PRICES
All prices displayed on HIGHÉN are stated in the currency selected by the customer.
Applicable taxes are included where required by law and as indicated at checkout.
Where a Retail Price is displayed alongside a HIGHÉN Price, the Retail Price represents the applicable reference or retail price for the product, while the HIGHÉN Price represents the price offered by HIGHÉN.
HIGHÉN reserves the right to update prices, product information and availability before an order is placed.
Once an order has been accepted, the price stated in the order confirmation applies, subject to applicable law.
4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through the HIGHÉN website, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
An order is considered accepted once HIGHÉN has confirmed the order.
HIGHÉN reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including suspected fraud, obvious pricing or product-information errors, or circumstances where a product cannot be secured.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely through the payment methods made available at checkout.

6. DELIVERY
HIGHÉN offers tracked delivery to selected destinations.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs procedures and other circumstances outside HIGHÉN's reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided where available once an order has been dispatched.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Where applicable, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers purchasing from HIGHÉN online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer legislation. The withdrawal period normally begins on the day after the customer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify HIGHÉN within the applicable withdrawal period. Customers may use the withdrawal function provided on the HIGHÉN website or contact HIGHÉN directly.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

11. ERRORS & INCORRECT INFORMATION
HIGHÉN strives to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, images and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
In the event of an obvious error, including an incorrectly displayed price or product information, HIGHÉN reserves the right to correct the error.
Where an obvious error has affected an order, HIGHÉN may cancel the affected order in accordance with applicable law.
If payment has already been received for an order that is cancelled for this reason, the amount paid will be refunded.
