Every piece sold by HIGHÉN is authentic. We source our pieces from a trusted retail partner and stand behind every order.
Our promise: If a piece you bought from HIGHÉN is found not to be authentic, we refund you in full, including shipping, and we cover the return shipping.
How to make a claim:
- Email info@highen.se within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
- Include a written assessment from an independent authenticator or the brand's official boutique. If you don't have one, contact us and we'll review your case.
- Return the piece to the address we provide, in the condition you received it.
Refund: We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the piece.
